Album został wydany 27 sierpnia 2003 roku nakładem wydawnictwa Dark Horse Comics, a w jego skład wchodziły pierwsze cztery numery serii tworzące historię Zdrada. Ilustrację na okładkę albumu przygotował Bob Eggleton.

W Polsce album ten został wydany 2 września 2011 przez wydawnictwo Egmont Polska w ramach dziesiątego wydania specjalnego magazynu Star Wars Komiks.
